Iran traduced again

Thomas Sowell seems to be under the misapprehension that Iran is seeking to develop nuclear weapons. I cannot understand how intelligent people can be so misinformed. Since when has any country whose leadership subscribes to the Religion of Peace ever lied? Iran has told the UN that they only seek to develop peaceful nuclear power in anticipation of the rapid depletion of their pitifully small oil supplies. I, for one, would never doubt them.
